The firm is led by highly-experienced senior level professionals who have a combined 50 years of public and private real estate development and investment experience. Investment criterion is largely driven through extensive data analysis, with a specific emphasis on proximity to transportation infrastructure, labor availability, limitations on competitive supply, and population density.

President
Mark is President and Co-Founder of BBX Logistics Properties and has direct oversight and accountability for all day-to-day operations of the firm. Mark has developed over 8M SF of warehouse/distribution, office and retail product in South Florida since 1998 and has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, investment management and advisory functions.
He has held ascending senior executive level positions with Opus Corporation, Duke Realty, Prologis and JLL. Prior to co-founding BBX Logistics Properties, Mark was Head of Investments with Hilco Redevelopment Partners, a Chicago-based industrial development firm. Mark is a graduate of Syracuse University and resides in Coral Gables, FL.
